Cherry Berry Smoothie Bowl
I love the idea of eating bright, colorful, happy foods! That’s how I feel every time I make this Cherry Berry Smoothie Bowl… happy! The beautiful bright colors match the sweet yet tart cherry and raspberry flavors. You can use any combination of berries for this bowl, however I wanted to make something in the pink family:)
All you need are some frozen berries, coconut milk and a few fun toppings:) You can be creative and choose your own toppings, but I used a banana, fresh organic plump blueberries and raw hemp seeds (which are high in fiber, protein, potassium, vitamin A and iron)!
I used my Vitamix to bend the smoothie bowl ingredients together! I’ve been using it for 2 years now and have no complaints! I’d highly recommend it. You can blend this Cherry Berry Smoothie bowl up in the morning for a refreshing breakfast, have it as an afternoon pick-me-up, or maybe even as a light dessert! Try it out and let me know what you think!
Remember, have fun with it and be creative 🙂
