Cran-Raspberry Cooler

My Cran-Raspberry Cooler is the perfect brunch beverage! Sometimes I even make it and leave the pitcher in the fridge to have throughout the day. It’s so refreshing and perfect for summer! If you’re having some friends over for brunch, a pool party or a BBQ you can add your favorite spirit to it just before serving! I like to add Casamigos Reposado tequila and a splash Gem & Bolt Mezcal for an extra smoky flavor 🙂

The orange peels add a citrus zing, and the tart, frozen cranberries keep your Cooler chilled while also adding an antioxidant element to each sip. Iced raspberry tea is so refreshing I could just drink it on it’s own! But where’s the fun in that?! Adding a pop of orange and bright red berries just makes for a beautiful refreshment, not to mention the extra vitamin C you’re ingesting! Raspberry Leaf tea is also a fertility aid, immune system booster, reduces inflammation and has skin healing benefits.

I came across this beautiful crystal pitcher on Amazon! It’s very affordable and looks like a million bucks:) The next time you’re having family + friends over, do take a few minutes and make this Cooler. It’s super easy to make ahead, and stores in the fridge for a week. It’s a show stopper!

You may want to make a double or triple batch and store it in the fridge. This Cooler goes fast and you may want a second + third round 🙂

Cran-Rasberry Cooler

Prep time: 15 Minutes
Total time: 15 Minutes
Servings: 6

Ingredients

  • Organic Raspberry Leaf Tea, (2 bags steeped)
  • 2 cups frozen organic cranberries
  • Juice of 1 organic orange, + a few grated peels
  • 10 cups boiled water
  • 3 handfuls of ice cubes
  • 2 cans La Croix Cran-Raspberry sparkling water

Instructions

1. Boil the water for the raspberry leaf tea.
2. Once boiled, steep the tea bags in a thick glass pitcher (so as not to crack the glass) or bowl for 15 minutes, or longer if you like a stronger tea.
3. Leave tea to cool on the counter for at least 30-40 minutes before placing in the fridge to chill.
4. Before serving, squeeze the juice of 1 orange into the tea, add the frozen cranberries, ice and orange peels.
5. Top off with La Croix Cran-Raspberry sparkling water, sparkling wine or your favorite spirit!
