Delicious Digest Green Smoothie Bowl
My Delicious Digest Green Smoothie Bowl is the perfect way to get your essential nutrients in! Yes – it’s green, but the banana makes it naturally sweet! If you haven’t tried avocado in your smoothies yet, you’re missing out! They add a beautiful creamy texture that blends the ingredients together like velvet.
You can use any nutrient dense greens in this smoothie but I prefer kale. It’s loaded with powerful antioxidants like quercetin and kaempferol which have powerful anti-inflammatory, anti-viral, heart-protective, blood pressure-lowering and anti-cancer effects. Kale also contains high vitamin A, K and C!
If you need a pick-me-up, you can add a tsp of matcha to your bowl! I like adding a scoop of fiber to aid in digestion and a scoop of Ancient Nutrition Collagen protein powder to make it a meal. You’ll be ingesting lots of heart healthy fats, skin healing avocado and digestion aiding fiber. If you like it more on the sweeter side, feel free to add a tsp of raw honey or golden monk fruit (for a no sugar option). Dress it up with your favorite toppings! I chose honey roasted + lightly salted pistachios, unsweetened coconut, mini coconuts (called conquitos) and edible blue cornflower pedals🙂

- 1 Sliced frozen banana
- 1-2 Handfuls frozen kale
- 1 Small avocado
- 1/3 c + 1 Tbsp unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 tsp Matcha powder (optional)
- I Tbsp Fiber powder
- 1 Scoop vanilla protein powder
Toppings
- 4 sliced mini coconuts (coquitos)
- 1/4 c chopped pistachios
- 1 Tbsp Unsweetened coconut flakes
- Pinch of edible blue cornflowers (optional)
