Lemon Tahini Dressing
One of my favorite things in the world is HUMMUS! However, I try to stay away from legumes, so chickpeas are on my list of cheat foods. I make a really yummy carrot hummus that’s just as good with way less bloat and better digestive discomfort! Today I decided to bring a little bit of the hummus flavor to my salad.
Who says salads have to be boring? I love adding a few interesting ingredients to my salads to boost the texture and flavor.
This Lemon Tahini dressing is sure to give your greens an extra zing! The sesame in the tahini is creamy and satiating. You can add it to chicken, fish and veggie side dishes as well. Drizzle a little on top of a roast chicken or steamed broccoli for an impressive presentation. Try it out over roasted brussel sprouts and add a little lemon zest to finish it off.

This dressing is so versatile, it won’t disappoint!
