Unreal Giant Cookie
I was thinking about making cookies one rainy Saturday afternoon, but the thought of cleaning multiple bowls and pans was just discouraging! Here’s a quick way to make a giant cookie… while only using 1 small bowl and 1 pan.
I stay away from refined sugars, processed foods + artificial colors. That being said, sometimes I want a little something sweet that will remind me of my occasional M&M indulgence as a kid. I use Unreal dark chocolate covered almonds in this recipe! No artificial anything! They have a crunchy natural coating on the outside, with a smooth dark chocolate center… and don’t forget about the crunchy almond in the middle!
They are the perfect bite size treat, and go well with my Unreal Giant Cookie! Unreal has lots of other yummy treats too. - 1/2 c plus 1 Tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1 medium pasture raised egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 c Paleo Baking Flour
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp Celtic Sea Salt
- 1 c Unreal dark chocolate covered almonds
